I’m so excited to launch my first weekly menu in what feel’s like an age.

This week’s menu features some of my most popular dishes and I can’t wait to get cracking. I’m going to be getting out all of my kitchen gadgets (including the sous vide machine) and making treats like my moreish energy bars to sustain homeschoolers (parents and children alike) and, of course, homemade granola.
Soup: Curried lentil, tomato & coconut (an Ottolenghi favourite) (£5.50)
(1) 2 beans, 2 lime (french and endamame beans with lime zest and leaves)
(2) roasted sweetcorn slaw
(3) stuffed portobello mushrooms.
Tarts (£16 whole £9 half):
(1) sweet potato, goat’s cheese, pumpkin seed and chilli
(2) caramelised onion and roasted tomato with homegrown basil & shaved parmesan.
Supper (£12 for 2, £22 for 4 or £5 per head for more): Thai red chicken curry
Sous vide (£5 for 1 or £9 for 2): Chicken breasts and salmon fillets.
Energy bars (£1.50 each)
Granola (£5.50 per 350g bag)
Orders in your usual way by 5pm on Tuesday 2 June, please. Everything will be ready for collection or delivery on the afternoon of Thursday 4th or Friday 5th. Deliveries to Duncombe School or in the Hertford area will be made on the morning of Friday 5th.
